As a provider, you will perform in-home IV appointments. We will provide a detailed resource document which includes a detailed explanation of each vitamin and medication we administer to ensure top-quality care.

Qualifications:
- BLS Certification
- Arizona RN or Paramedic License
- ACLS Certification
- Experience and Skill with starting IVs
- Ability to drive around town
- Willing to work as 1099 contractor
